PSHCP Administration Authority announces the launch of its online member survey

The PSHCP Administration Authority will launch its first-ever online survey in February 2017. In an effort to continuously improve the delivery of Plan services, the survey will explore member satisfaction with the Administration Authority website as well as assess Plan knowledge in general. As one of the largest private health care plans in Canada, the purpose of these surveys will be to obtain insight into how the Plan is used by its diverse membership.

In order to facilitate this initiative, the PSHCP Administration Authority has engaged the services of SimpleSurvey, an online data collection organization. All information provided by participants will be used for research purposes only and members can rest assured that their responses will remain both anonymous and confidential.

To participate in the survey, members are encouraged to keep an eye open for an invitational banner that will appear on the PSHCP Administration Authority website in the coming weeks. Once the survey is closed, the PSHCP Administration Authority will share the results online in spring 2017.
