In Spring 2018, Sun Life Financial launched the PSHCP online claims submissions feature and other innovative digital services for web and mobile. The PSHCP Administration Authority has created a survey to understand member uptake and satisfaction with these services. Your feedback is important as it provides the tools to build high quality, responsive service. Information collected may be used for statistical and evaluation purposes.
The survey is conducted by SimpleSurvey and will take approximately three minutes to complete. All results are strictly confidential. All data will be stored in Canada on Canadian servers. See our Privacy Policy for more information on the collection and retention of data.
